You are passionate about your business and you can share with others why
You want to grow your business. You have a clear goal of where you want your business to be in five years
You need to increase your sales and marketing team or capacity in order to achieve your goal
Having a referral team of 25 – 40 people will help you achieve that goal
The idea of collaborating with a group of other motivated and successful business owners is attractive to you
You have a strong network and can influence other professionals in the network to be part of your referral team
You like to and see the value in helping others succeed
